Wow. January went by in a blink. But hey! I can definitely, for sure, cross one yearly goal off the list. I finished Insoluble. And this is me, proud of myself. I'm this close to crossing off a couple others, too including my 10 year clean up and my outlining of Zero Sum.

In the meantime, I think I'll make working on Numerology my task of the month. On the side, I'm also working on Fugue of Shadows (five chapters in, woot!) and whatever other pieces I want to work on. Some awesome tumblr people gave me pairings to ponder when I'm sitting down letting my mind wander and Flash Fiction Friday will be on the 6th. I also have a few oneshots that I plan to finish and hopefully a surprise birthday fic. And I definitely want to get Ratchet's epilogue cleaned up for War Without End and then write a follow-up series of drabbles to show what happens to certain characters afterward.

All of this is in the nick of time because, praise Primus, I found a job. It starts on my birthday, February 9th, and will graduate to full-time by March 1st. Yay! I will no longer be broke and unable to pay my bills. How exciting!

The downside? Less writing time. I know I've been posting a lot lately (and probably would be posting a lot more if I put up everything I've been writing, but I've been saving some of it) but expect to see that slow way down. At least for the first month or two as I get used to my new job and figure out when the best writing times are.

I'm probably gonna put a shout out for some test readers, too, if anyone's interested. But more on that later.

Yep. That's February in a nutshell. *fingers crossed* Hope it goes as well as planned.
