Fantastic February

dracoqueen22 Phew. 2018 is off to a great start so far! Well, the rest of the world is hellfire and brimstone and especially here in the good old US of A where everything is awful, but in my small little corner of the galaxy, I'm making progress on things on a personal level and that gives me hope. :thumbsup:
I didn't cross off any of my yearly goals last month, but I did get started! I've got only two commissions left before I can focus solely on my WIPs. And then I'm thinking I'll open commissions again in June, possibly July. I did get a huge chunk of editing done on Flights of Fancy: Topsy-Turvy and with any luck, the end of February will see me start posting it!
I decided 2018 is going to be the year I'm bigger, better, braver. So I'm trying to step out of my comfort zone, believe in myself, do things I never thought I could do. Come out to people. Get rid of toxic people. Etc. Anyway, one thing I did do in January was apply for a werewolf themed zine. Now it's got hundreds of applicants for about 40 slots so I don't see myself actually getting it, but that I tried in the first place speaks volumes about how far my confidence has come. Huzzah!
So February goals are to finish off my commissions so I'm free to devote my time to finishing WIPs. I've got two awesome ones I'm having fun with, so they should go fairly quickly.
For my yearly goals, I'm hoping to focus on getting Topsy-Turvy finished and start posting it. I also hope to start tackling the first part of Flighs of Fancy: Uncharted Territory. I think I will begin to poke at War Without End: Megatron, too. -fingers crossed- Of course I'll probably work on random oneshots here and there, too.
I'm also starting a SEKRIT project, but I can't talk about that just yet. It's in it's early stages. ;)
