dracoqueen22I regret to inform you that Aftermath was rejected for publication. So, I'll be returning the remixed chapters to their previous position on my website and I'll start posting them again. We were on chapter five, I believe?
I was especially pleased with how quickly they responded, though disappointed I couldn't receive a more specific reason why other than my "manuscript is not what they are looking for at this time". I understand that they are busy however, so I'm not annoyed. It would be nice, however, to get some genuine feedback on my manuscript. Alas.
Back to the drawing board in search of potential publishers.
In happier news, Flash Fiction Friday returns on Friday! And this time, there are no content restrictions. *grins*
