dracoqueen22Oh no! I've been tagged! *laughs* azardarkstar tagged me with this meme and I'm obliged to participate. *grins* It's alllll about fandom
1) The one who seduced you, screwed you over, broke your heart in a million pieces, and laughed about it is genuinely sorry, but you're reluctant to grant forgiveness because you know how that song and dance would go:
Bleach. You had so much promise! We spent many happy years together and then it all went so terribly, utterly wrong. Why did you betray me??
2) The old flame you don't see very often any more but whom you still really enjoy getting together with for a few drinks and maybe a pleasant nostalgic romp:
Fullmetal Alchemist. I wrote a few fics. I devoured all the great authors. I finally read the manga. And every once in a while, we still have a romp under the sheets.
3) The mysterious dark one whom you used to sit up with talking until 3 AM at weird coffee houses and with whom you were quite smitten until you realized s/he really was fucking crazy:
Inuyasha. Oh, how you intrigued me with your demons and your Sesshoumaru and your mating pairs and loads and loads of potential slash. Why, oh why, can we never be rid of Kagome??
4) The one you spent a whole weekend in bed with and who drank up all your liquor and whom you'd still really like to get with again, although you're relieved s/he doesn't actually live in town:
Samurai Champloo. You were my first full-length fic. You were where I made a lot of humiliating mistakes. Every once in a while, I like to see you again... so long as I don't have to pay too much attention to the past.
5) The steady:
Final Fantasy VII. You ate my life! I just can't let you go.
6) The alluring stranger whom you've flirted with at parties but with whom you've never gotten serious (and find that it's a bit of a shame you haven't at that):
Star Trek 2009. I never liked Star Trek until I met you. Oh, Karl Urban you make a lovely Bones. I wish I knew you better.
7) The one you hang out with and have vague fantasies about maybe having a thing with, but ultimately, you're just good buddies:
Saiyuki. I read you, and sometimes, I write you, and I actually own your manga. But in the end, that's all there is.
8) The one your friends keep introducing you to and who seems like a hell of a cool person except it's never really gone anywhere:
X-Men: First Class. I didn't even want to see you at first. And then I was dragged in, after which I read fic after fic. Then there was a crossover... and then I forgot you.
9) The one who's slept with all your friends, and you keep looking at them and thinking, "How the hell did they land all these cool people?"
Supernatural. Yay! A new update! And yet, it's for this random fandom that has come out of the woodwork and stolen all the good authors. *cries*
10) The one who gave you the best damned summer of your life and who you measure all other potential partners against:
Superman/Batman. I'm treading ever so carefully into you, but no other fandom even compares. So much source material, not enough time.
11) The one you recently met at a party and would like to get to know better:
Justice League. I love you for SuperBat but you have so many characters that I just can't help myself.
12) The old flame that you wouldn't totally object to hooking up with again for a one night romp if only they'd clean up a bit:
Kingdom Hearts. Someday, I might return to Absolute Nexus. Maybe. Until then, I have terrible, terrible High School AUs to keep on scaring me away.
13) Your hot new flame:
Transformers. Robots. Robo-porn. 'Nuff said.
14) The one who stole your significant other:
Avatar: the Last Airbender. Every time I turn around it's Zuko-this and Top-that and why can't I have my beta back?

15) The one who intrigues you, but you aren't brave enough to approach. (AKA... The relationship that never was):
Ah, One Piece. I read your manga. I avidly follow your fanfiction. I hoard your fanart. But I'm terrified of trying to write you. One day I shall be brave. One day.
16) The one hovering in the background, who is always waiting for a glance your direction:
Harry Potter. So long as I tell myself that books six and seven don't exist, we're A-OK.
17) The steady best friend who could stay with you forever, and that'd be just fine:
Dragonlance. I'll never forget you, with your gorgeous Raistlin/Dalamar.
