Help Wanted

So I've got the mostly finalized draft of my fantasy novella Monster ready for feedback. I intend to self-publish this at some point in the next couple of months. I'm looking for someone to give it a read through and offer me some feedback on pretty much everything.
I'm not really looking for grammar call outs as I want to get the revisions done before I worry about comma placement, but I am looking for commentary on characters (how interesting they are, whether they are flat or rounded or cliche), on plot (whether it's interesting, cliche, etc), on the construction, the setting, the tone. Whether there are plot holes. Whether something needs clarification. Whether I haven't put enough description in or too much. Whether it flows, too fast or too slow. Who's your favorite character and why? what would you have liked to see more of? Is this the type of novel you could see yourself purchasing? So on and so forth.
If anyone would like to offer to take a look at this for me, that would be awesome! It's about 62 pages, 32K words. I'm looking for a turnaround time of about four weeks, though if you can get it back sooner, that would be even better.
As I said, it's a fantasy and the worst you'll see in it is some foul language and some mild violence. I think it was originally marketed as a young adult story but I think it could go either way.
I'm very willing to offer feedback for anyone else in return or to offer fic in exchange for someone willing to provide constructive feedback. Or, if you can't offer constructive feedback but would like to make yourself available as a grammar nazi when I get to that point, I would love that, too. It really helps to have a second pair of eyes on things because while I know what I wanted to accomplish, I don't know if I managed to do it or not.
