Bleach OTP

dracoqueen22Sorry, guys. There won't be a flash fiction Friday this week. I'm plum exhausted and I'm working for the next three solid days, so I won't have any time to write. Woe. I hope, with changes in my work situation, to have this all cleared up soon and Flash Fiction Friday should return on March 11th.
Today, I thought, why not talk about Bleach? And then, why not talk about Bleach pairings. From there, I went, how about Bleach OTP? We all got one, don't we? In fact, we probably have more than one, lol, but what's your main squeeze, the one pairing that makes you go sparkly-eyed?
For me, despite the many, many others I enjoy, it would have to be: Aizen/Urahara (or Urahara/Aizen, I'll take it either way).
Why? They are both incredibly smart, incredibly devious, and play off each other so well. They are the sort of men who could have easily gone either way in canon. Aizen could have easily ended up the exile and Urahara the conniving overlord with delusions of grandeur. They have an unspoken rivalry that's more or less implied, and well, they look so pretty together, too. They could have been great friends or unrepentant rivals, we really don't know much about their past beyond the events in Turn Back the Pendulum, which aren't much, and that leaves us plenty of room for interpretation. And interpret I do. *grins*
I haven't spent a lot of time searching, but from what I've seen, I'm the only one who writes this pairing. I found one oneshot a while back, but not fond of the way it was written, I didn't finish reading it. I've found a few pieces of fanart, but again, not much. It's so very sad. I'd love to see more of them.
